Good weekend....

I had one of those weekends where it actually felt like a holiday. I accomplished so much and had so much fun that Monday morning came and I bounced out of bed with a huge grin and I still haven't stopped bouncing and grinning :-)

Friday was spent watching DVDs on the couch.

Saturday morning brekkie at Denn, the usual. Then a chat with my landlord who confirmed that he's 99% sure I won't have to move.

Then a quick trip to Ikea to pick up picture frames. In and out within 7 minutes. that has to be a record. World record I reckon. GOLD.

Saturday arvo a catch up with my pagan group. lovely women. :-)

Saturday night I framed some of my artwork. I'm doing tiny detailed watercolour Mandalas. I've been doing them all year and they're starting to overtake my house so I thought I'd give it a go selling some.

Sunday I gave blood. Then a champagne breakfast with my sister and her friends for her birthday.

Sunday arvo I went to Alphabet city and asked the owners if they would put my artwork up! They're happy to put five up! I have one hanging there already I need to go and pick up some hooks today so the other four can go up. I'm very excited about this.

Sunday night I went to the Retreat for my mate Pete's birthday. The old crew all there. Jeff's band was playing, Wilco playing on shuffle in the front bar. Talking and laughing. Lot's of warm hugs. Really really really really needed to have a night like that. :-D Home by 12.30 not too trashed.
