something very weird happened to me last night...

I was sitting on the couch embroidering when i looked down and noticed I was using my left hand. I'm right handed i have never shown any signs of being ambidextrous (sp?) before now.

When i stopped being spun out about it i was able to just let my hands go and I noticed I use my right hand to move the needle when moving from right to left and my left hand to move the needle from left to right.

I know chi gung is supposed to integrate left and right sides of the brain so i'm putting my new found ambidextrousness down to my Yoga Chi Gung practice, very cool!
