I taught my first Yoga Chi Gung class last night. And my second.
It was a lot more fun than I thought it was going to be. I was a lot more relaxed than I thought I was going to be too.
Both classes were small and made up of people who have done a fair bit of Yoga Chi gung before though, it's a bit easier than teaching complete beginners. Over the next few weeks they will start to fill up with people who are beginners . That's going to be a bit tougher, keeping the more advanced students challenged while getting the newbies up to speed.
This was a major hurdle for me. i'm so proud of myself for doing it (and not having a nervous breakdown beforehand)!
I'd also like to say how lovely the women who run the Community Centre in Alphington are, so kind and welcoming.
